Across Traveller — Travel Agency-tour package | |||||
The across traveller is a fraud company. It promises to their customer for many services but does not provide as said. The address given in their website is wrong and they are not ready to give their address. The employees of this company are not responsive and every person have the different information for the same thing. They take money but don't fulfil their promises. I have booked my Goa trip from them, during hooking time they promised me for the accommodation, breakfast and dinner, cab service, boat cruise, banana boat ride and bonfire party but neither they provide me the mentioned hotel nor the said activities. They refused to provide. Only cab service, boat cruise and hotel they booked. But the booked hotel was also in bad condition and no arrangement of food. We paid for the food. They told me to refund the amount of food but again they made me fool and no refund has been done. Because of them my Goa trip was ruined. And the worst part is they don't respond properly after taking payments and they lie every time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
