Booked a kerala package from across traveller. And for train tickets.
Paid 200 commission per person for train.
They fail to give me confirmation within their committed time. Hence I asked for cancellation and for refund.
Inspire there is no mistake from my side they charged me cancellation charges of 40% and many other charges.
And they said I would get my refund by 29th Jan 2017.
It's 8th Feb today and...

The itinerary (12/29 to 1/4) and package cost was provided to me for the Rajasthan trip for 6N/7D. I had requested 2 start hotels across the travel and the initial cost was quoted as 66, 000/- which I agreed to pay. After the agent, Rishabh told me to book the tour by paying tour paying 5000/- to Payment link sent on 11/23.

I have booked a package after receiving a itinerary mail. itinerary was linked to website. they insisted to pay on same day for availing a special discount.we have made the booking and given 30% advance payment of Rs. 12000/-. after that when i tried to contact them before 10 days to trip start.

I had booked a travel package with Across Traveller, till last moment, they were unable to book my hotels & arrangement for my transportation, I had paid 50% advance payment post their commitment on the mail (4 month before the travel date), however there was no response on my daily follow ups with them, later I had to cancelled the tour & request for refund, till date I have not received any refund, nor there is any commitment date given...

The across traveller is a fraud company. It promises to their customer for many services but does not provide as said. The address given in their website is wrong and they are not ready to give their address. The employees of this company are not responsive and every person have the different information for the same thing. They take money but don't fulfil their promises.

I was book tour package through across travell. Ata the tine of booking send praposal to me with acomodation and meal and making many of of commitments but when exicution time is come then the reality is come front.
I have booked 6n7d package of kerala in that only 2 n acomodation and dinner and breakfast given by agency and rest of day very perthetic and non ac room only given to me. When asking for the sam no one ready give answer....
