I was book tour package through across travell. Ata the tine of booking send praposal to me with acomodation and meal and making many of of commitments but when exicution time is come then the reality is come front.
I have booked 6n7d package of kerala in that only 2 n acomodation and dinner and breakfast given by agency and rest of day very perthetic and non ac room only given to me. When asking for the sam no one ready give answer.

First, I would like to sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. I have seriously investigated your case and found that an exception was raised for you to make remaining payment on the very first day of check-in and it was informed to you that all the remaining services will be arranged only when we receive 100% payment.

In your advance payment we had already arranged hotel stay for you and round trip taxi (Innova) was given to you. As per the report, I see that you boarded the taxi and went to hotel and did check-in but when our executive called for remaining payment you denied for the payment and asked for the cancellation due to your dinner was not arranged. I would like to re-emphasize on the terms that we do not provide 100% service in 50% payment therefore you stay was arranged along with round trip taxi but few amendments requests were not released to the vendor as they were asking for the final payment. We have provided services like hotels and taxis but if we will not receive payment how can we proceed further.

We had paid 50% to our car vendor which is not returned to us. I understand that you faced issues but we could have avoided it if we would have received 100% payment from you. If we finalize your travel and payments, I see there is almost nothing that our company might have earned as profit instead we paid our vendors for the commitment even if you cancel your package.

Your feedback is very important to us. We regret that due some uncertain issues your experience with AcrossTraveler was not good but we will ensure that these types of issue are not occurred and all customer will be pre-notified for making 100% payment any how before 7 day prior from the date of travel.

Please do not show that you concern for your customer. It's all fake concern. You do the same thing with your customers. First made the promises to give services but in reality nothing happens. You and your team is fraud and lier.
Naved from across traveller is such a lier person. First they said to payment 80% of the tour and said to pay the rest of the 20% during trip. But at the time of trip they blame their customer for not 100% payment.
Payment is not an issue with this company. They all are fraud and lier and does not respond properly.
They ruined my Goa trip and done the same thing as they did for other customers. No service they provided. And there are many people from across traveller name Kabir, Varun, Nikhil, Manjeet, Ashish, vihan...they all are fraud person. Do not believe on them.

Kindly do not make any booking with this company.

This across travel is fraud. Do not booking with this travel. poor communication and not pick-up during travel. I suggested to every one not travel this agent and also make FRI on this agent.
Hi, I totally agree with u all. This company is fake. We booked Goa tour with them. Before finalising all the details of tour. They have taken payment of tour & flight . Flight schedule which they had given to us, was fake. That schedule was closed 6months ago. Saanvi was the person who was seeing with us. Than Manjeet, he is a pathetic person. Gives the those reasons which don't have any existence for customer. As customer had paid to them for a Hassel free tour. But they r not capable of satisfying their clients. This companies licence should be canceled. On the 3rd day of our tour, we came to know that they haven't paid or taxi driver & not even picking up his phone. The have return our flight tickets money near any 22500/-. But they r not picking up the phone. & They have block our numbers also . Whenever we used to call . It is always saying switched off. Shame on you Across Traveller. & Shame on Me.Aryan Gupta. For creating this fake company & employees. I[censored] all people have little bit of self respect . Than return our money. Otherwise u'll have to pay...As i've all ur details, emails & that email also in which u've mentioned about returning our money.
