Across Traveller — Cheated on the services provided vs. committed and extra money charged

The itinerary (12/29 to 1/4) and package cost was provided to me for the Rajasthan trip for 6N/7D. I had requested 2 start hotels across the travel and the initial cost was quoted as 66, 000/- which I agreed to pay. After the agent, Rishabh told me to book the tour by paying tour paying 5000/- to Payment link sent on 11/23.

1. After this payment no one showed up. I tried calling Rishabh 20 times asking next payments and booking- no response

2. He kept on postponing the conversation

3. Got a call on 12/14 to make the payments of 50, 000 from Manjeet and rest of payment on first day of trip - I made the payment within 10 min. total 55k.

4. For next 6 days through multiple conversations, no bookings, no vouchers, no confirmation.

5. Meanwhile he told, I need to pay 15% taxes which was not in the initial package - No one asks that. I have never faced with other agents

6. Finally a day before my travel, his so called senior, Varun talked to me and said he will confirm the cab and 2 days booking by end of day- Only cab was confirmed, no hotels confirmed that day

7. Started travel on 12/28, with so mch tention with 2 kids and 2 senior citizen without hotel bookings - Got confirmation of first hotel almost towards end of travel. And immediately demanded rest of money 21k(including tax now) immediately which is not possible due to connectivity in travel

8. Then they asked to pay that 21k to driver directly. While they did not pay the remaining money(4k) to driver and also not cleared the discussion for driver's night charges, toll/parking as this is always included in package. Driver kept on demanding the same to us and it was real torcher.

9. Dinner and Breakfast was included in package and was confirmed. No dinner booked at all in entire trip

10. On 3rd day we moved to another hotel, not 2 star, no dinner, no breakfast. Called 50 times to Varun and Manjeet, multiple mail and msgs- No response at all. Pathetic service

11.Day 4, 5 and 6 - even worst hotels, booked through ibibo for cheap price like 3 rooms for 1250( I have bills for them) with agent name and my id (crime travel agents using ibibo with customer id) - Again no Dinner, no breakfast, no lifts, no cleanliness, no wifi in the room, cold rooms without proper temperature control. I have pics of the rooms

Those were no where 2 star deluxe rooms after paying full money including so called tax(76k).

Total cost decide 66k including below

I paid

So called taxes which was never talked till 7 days before trip = 10, 000

breakfast 4 days - Rs 100 each for 9 persons = 3, 600

Dinner 6 nights - Rs 100 each(as he had mentioned on call) for 9 persons = 5, 400

Driver night charge/toll/tax/parking - 5, 000

Total Rs 24, 000 extra than what is quotes

Plus pathetic rooms of low quality for 4 days. You saved almost 15, 000 on that.
