Act — ACT Fibernet installation delay

I requested for a new connection on thursday and paid for 3 months in advance. The salesperson promised installation within 3 days.

I have not received even a single call from act. I tried contraction act customer care around 5 times and the same answer we will get back to you. It's highly disappointing as a new customer i would not like to start my journey with act on this note. Looks like you don't care about your customers.

I called the sales guy to get an update and he did not answer my call as if he was just waiting for me to make the payment and his job was done.

Very bad experience.

P. S. It has been 5 days and i haven't received even one call still waiting for an update. I think this was a mistake choosing act and i am in a big loss.
