Hello,
It is very dissapointing to learn how poor and how helpless your customer service could be. My bill payment for the month of december was due on 15th december, however, i have made the payment today at 2.45pm. Yet, my account is suspended.
When i called customer service, the associate 'kumar' told that the account is suspended and they cannot do anything right now. He was of no help and wasn't ready to transfer the call to higher escalation desk.
I work in an american shift and my work was interrupted due to the negligence of your billing department and helpless ness of the of customer service.
I want the issues to be resolved as soon as possible and want proper actions to the taken on the associate who handled my call.
Also, i would want to know how you gonna compensate me for the error from your end due to which my productivity hours are lost and i am at a loss.
I hope this is taken care of and would receive a positive response from you.
I'll make sure yo follow up with this and let people know how pathetic the service was.
