ACT Fibernet — illegal billing | |||
Act fibernet was not working for several days during the month of may 2019. One of customer support executives said they will adjust the bill accordingly during month end. When i raised the request during month end, they simply rejected. I waited several minutes of waiting to talk to cse on each call. Without any communication the requests were closed. Beginning june month the issue persisted and this time the cr box had to be removed and replaced by them and i had no internet signal even for over 36 hours and act was not willing to waive off a penny. They charge you irrespective of their service. Finally i had raised a request to close the connection. Now they have kept it in waiting. I will have to pay even though i have raised closing request.
