[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — installation team lies | |
I had applied for a new connection for which the sales person came and did a survey after which i was told that the connection can be done and he took payment for 6 months. After that 5 times installation executives have come and left without installing and each gives a different reason. After following up with customer care more than 10 times and physically going to the act office in indiranagar, bangalore, still i was told that the installation will be done by the manager sanjay. However, no installation has been done and they even refuse to answer calls or even update their own system with the failure of installation. After multiple visits and 3-4 weeks spent endlessly following up with them they finally tell me that installation cannot be done and i should apply for a refund. This should have been informed to me before taking the payment. The installation executive gopal and the manager sanjay have been extremely incompetent and did have the decency to even give updates to me. They expect me to run behind act everyday and find the solution myself. Pathetic service for a customer who has had an act connection at a different location for more than 5 years. This will be the last time i go with act fibernet. Was this information helpful? | |
