ACT Fibernet — no internet

I contacted act to get services and i paid immediately for the services and one of the installed came to my place and said they need to get a server board next day and install it. From that day no one called about the installation and whenever i call the sales executive or team lead they will never respond to my call or switch off their mobiles or simply block my number... Also, i received multiple messages from act saying "engineering services will be coming at my place to install" and i was receiving that messages for every single day but no one showed up...

Act is simply stealing money from customers for their false or scammed services...

I am now working from home and i am need of internet services and they are not even caring for me...

Guys, please check with this and help me to get this to higher officials...
