[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — unresponsive customer care despite doing all the payments

This message is to raise a complaint against the broadband connectivity for which we are subscribed to act.

We have shifted to a new place and we have been registering a complaint to get the broadband connectivity at the new place but no one from act is bothered to take care of this complaint.
Also we have already paid the bills for this month in good faith. Please deliver this message to act customer care and let them know how unproffesional they are.

It was resolved but it was not like they provided good customer service but we had to plead them to fix this. In the end it got fixed
