ACT Fibernet — abrupt denial of internet service | |||
Act service is pathetic. There is no internet @ home from last 6 days, i have been calling & emailing act guys repeatedly. Reporting to below escalation email-id also didn't help Appellate authorityblr, nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in, helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in Act takes its customers for granted. Below sr's highlight the pain i have gone through all these days 1. Sr[protected] - expected resolution was : 01/04/2020 17:00:00 - there was no attempt to resolve issue here. 2. Sr[protected] - expected resolution was: 01/08/2020 18:00:00 - time has passed and no update yet. 3. Escalation sr : sr[protected]? After a long follow-up i get a call today from technician saying they cannot provide service since they ran out of network ports. I have paid them semi-annual subscription, and they have denied service abruptly in-between. As i am a tenant i cannot give permission for junction box but i did agree to pay 2200 for a gx box, they say they cant even provide that. At-least process my refund request asap, so that i can look for other isp in my area. And refrain from providing connections to customers if you cant service them consistently.
