ACT Fibernet — Account Deactivated without any intimation

I never asked for a disconnection of my account. But ACT disconnected my account without any intimation given. After raising a request for reconnection, they made me wait for 48 hours and closed the ticket, and now, I am unable to do anything. My app says, account deactivated, but why?
This is so unprofessional. I am an IT professional and I need wifi on daily basis, but ACT is acting so unprofessionally here. I will never recommend ACT connection in Jaipur.
