[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — account disconnection issues | |||||
Act fibernet sucks big time without any proper connectivity to the end users. I got frustrated following up with customer care to get the connection resumed, instead i decided to end the connection with a such poor service. Even after informing to customer care to disconnect the connection, which they have not done and i get repeated calls from bill section to the pay the due amount for the month. Billing section such a worst creature they don't even listen to customer about the problem, instead they just demand to pay the bill even though the issue on their side.. Such a worst internet service provider... Never ever i would recommend act fibernet to any of the users. Was this information helpful? | |||||
