ACT Fibernet — account, reconnection and billing issue | |||
Hi, Again the issue reopened, Initially after removing the box the connection was disconnected and the wire was cut. Later they called for re-connection and i told yes, i also mentioned about the wire. They told to make payment and the connection will be fixed. After few days technician called me and told that the box distance too far so the connection cannot be given and request for refund. I called customer care for refund they told first to raise request for account suspension and then our account team will refund the amount. Account got suspended but never received the refund and my account is showing some due amount. After few months customer care executive called me and gave me better offers. I requested for due amount weaver for re-connection and she told yes. My account got activated before the connection is fixed and the due amount was keep on adding but the internet never worked. I keep calling customer care and got fed up with them. They don't have call history and nobody response properly. Now i asked to resolve my bill issue. They fixed my connection and they have added due amount without discussing with me regarding the plans and additional changes requested while re-connection. Without resolving the issue they close the complaint and i need to reopen many times. After reopening 2-3 times i will not be able to reopen the issue. I am fed up of calling there customer care again and again. Please help me to resolve this issue. I will never go to act fibernet again in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||
