[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Act broadband | |||||
Dear sir, i taken connection in act broadband on 21/6/16 and they collected approx. 1900 rs for connection and package at the time collecting the amount they told me that with in two days you will get the connection and next day i got verification call and they told me with in two days you will get the connection but still today 5/7/16 no connection.. many times i called customer care service number may raise compliant but no one responding properly.. after 10days when i call to customer service care they are simple telling that we don’t have box in that area so we cant give the connection, pretty thing that my next house person is using act broadband, but for me they are saying they don’t have a line in that area... at the time of application they collected cash 1900 now they are telling that if you cancelled the connection you will get the money after 30 days as DD in two times.. hope you will give best solution for me.. my ACT A/c No[protected].
