[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Act broadband denies refund where broadband has be disconnected due to "no feasibility" | |||||
I have requested the refund of the credit amount (Rs. 2014/-) to my bank account as i don't have any friend/relative using act where i can get the credit amount transferred. My connection has to be discontinued due to non feasibility in our area. When i got call from act team i was told that refund will be done to my bank account. Even after multiple emails and explaining them that there is no coverage from your end in our area so that i can use the balance in future. I am told that they will not process my refund.
