[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Act broadband disconected | |||||
I have a complain no [protected]. I am really fed up calling and following up on this complain. My internet has been disconnected for no reasons, and i am not getting any welcome response from act team. I spoke to customer care, nodal officer and act engineers multiple times. This is so shocking that they disconnected my internet without even informing me. On top of that they are sending the bills on time, and following up on payments properly.
