[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — ACT broadband Fibernet ownership change | |||
My name is NIKHIL JAIRAJ MEHTA- from Bangalore (registered number: [protected]) I can't believe how many times I must have called for a simple OWNERSHIP CHANGE request. (CAF number is 517626) This is the most frustrating experience by Far. I registered a complaint IN FEBRUARY and they already collected ownership change amount from me after I submitted my forms. Still- there has been no action on this request. Customer care people (Ramya, Papita and a few others) have actually hung up on me in order to avoid serving this request hoping I'll call again to reach another customer rep. This is height of irresponsibility when it comes to resolving customer issues. If this is not resolved by this weekend, PLEASE cancel my connection with ACT. And I'm NOT going to pay any pending dues. I hope it doesn't come to it but I am considering taking this to social media for the sheer poor quality of service representatives and lack of ability in resolving such a simple issue.
