[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act broadband is not refunding money | |||||
I have asked for new connection to my newly shifted house. Since i did not have Rental agreement for my new house as it was only 1st day. I have been told to make online transfer on money and give photo id. connection will be done in 2 days. Connection was not done. So asked same guy (who come to collect documents) for refund as connection was not done. He promised that refund will be done in a week. I waited for that much time. But did not see any response. So almost after 2 weeks called customer care and told the same. They said refund will be done in another 1 week. Now its been more than a month, i do not see any response from customer care.
