I am using ACT Broadband and having issues since 1st Nov evening. Raised complaint in Whatsapp, called customer support numbers (two numbers does not work), sent email numerous times. Still i get an irritating auto reply and the same with Customer support. They have default answers that switch is down and technician will get back to us.
