Hi Team, This is anjana Reddy and Act id[protected], i have been using ACT more than 2 years. i have raised a request with high priority 6th of march (Ticket no- [protected]) of removal of box permanently as i have moved from my house .They told within 3 days it will complete but till now not fixed and when i call customer care[protected]asking same question like(whether any body using the box - i told no one and connection already disconnected long back, they will be fix by End of day ). I was followup daily to make fix the issue, no one is bothering about my request and I even escalated also. The problem is if the box is not removed my owner is not giving the advance around 50000. I am frustrated and plan to put a case in consumer court. Before do that i want to check once to help desk if i get any response and wait for 2 days. if not i will be put case on consumer court and pur my issue in social media same. Mar 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally junction box removed after so many followups.I was fedup with ACT while in process and unhappy about their services. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
