ACT Fibernet — act broadband - shifting my old service within a area | |||
I am having very worst experience with act fibernet. Act team behavior makes me frustrated. Let me share my painful experience below. The service in my area is terribly unreliable. Account no :[protected] I had made a service request for service relocation/shifting sr #[protected] dated 31/05/20 refer that it will resolve by[protected] and after that i had conversed daily basis to complete my service shifting request but initially they told due to covid /lock down and then told that due to non-availability of connection box it may be delayed by one week after that continuously calling with their customer care they simply refuse due to network down your status is not showing and call later and cut the phone call without intimation i thing this is not correct way to cut the call from cc. Next i wrote a mail to cc & nodal officer which is resulting zero results. Again contact cc they told within 24 hrs you issue should be resolved and our service person will call you but as of now nobody calling for service resolve. Again i asked cc either resolve my issue or inform to me it will be not resolved then i will carried out other service provider but they told within 24 hrs we will intimate to you. But i thought 24 hrs may not started from act team. Again i called cc and escalate your next level, i would speak them, they simply escaped there is no option. I make a request to call you. But nobody calling me. Surprisingly yesterday act person called me your service is suspended due to non-payment of june'20 month. I told provide connection then i will pay. But they simply stand arguing to pay first. I clearly said that since 20 days frustrated with your persons and you will provide connection and after my payment you will activate it. They told i will discuss & calling you. But as of now there is no response. I would like to add one more that neighbors/homeowners are not allowing to install connection box at their home due to misusing act persons and they have not properly laid the cables and not do the dressing and laid on end to other end they thing about disturbance may happened others and old cables/scrap/inactivate cables are not removing and simply through their homes which is worst services. waited for more than 2 and half months considering this covid 19 situation the network engineers might have issue in providing relocation to new place (this new place has act connection to neighbors)
they are providing new connections in this area but not addressing the relocation tickets
ACT fibernet attends only new connection later on the issues will not bee addressed by act fibernet team
