I am new customer for act fibre net, its been only 10days i got the connection, i am already fed-up with these guys, i have not even used 4gb of data when the monthly availability is 400gb, internet will not be available during weekends, when we raise a complaint no one will respond, when we try to contact, customer care is always busy, i was thinking is there "so many complaints on this service provider",
When we raise a ticket from app, they close without resolving, raised a complaint to nodal and appellate officer, but no use. I trying to call them to ask for disconnection, but unable to succeed.
