Act changed my plan without my consent and invoice big 7043 has been added to my bill. I have tried thier customers numbers. In the mobile app, there is no provision to explain issue clearly. I have tried their customer and appellate authority [protected], [protected] and [protected]. All phone number are busy. They are not providing any sr number for mail complaint to follow up or share. I have sent my concern and waiting for the response. Act account id[protected]. Any body having similar issues, please let me know, we should take it via legal way.
