[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act cheating customer by showing high data usage | |||||
Act has now started cheating with their customers by showing more data usage then actually what is used. They are showing that in last 3 days (12th, 13th & 14th that is today) i have used approximately 40gb data using is impossible and very unacceptable. This way if you trick your customers you will go nowhere. Yesterday when i was the only one using facebook at midnight at home still my data consumption was 8 gb. Impossible. Very poor act. Either this is some technical error which you should clarify immediately or else this is new trick to dupe your own faithful and valuable customer. I want resolution of this immediately.
