ACT Fibernet — act, chennai nodal officer

No reply to any of my emails. I registered a complaint on 10.10.18 still no reply, act only send automated reply of acknowledgment. Tried chennai act nodal officer number no use its always busy. I need a clarity whether act charges customer advance amount or not, waiting for their reply. Waiting, waiting. Today 15.10.18 is my due date, only customer has to follow all protocol whereas company like act doesn't follow nor care, whats the use.
