I paid 1729 rupees for new act connection in chennai on 13 sep 2018. But still i didn't receieved any connection till today. Customer care says engineer will call you daily but no one reached me for connection i attach my receipt here.I have been waiting for 4 days. the person who came to me for documentation says I don't know about connection .please solve the problem...

My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have no internet connection since 5fays. The customer care is not helping.
They are helpless. Only thing they do is give false update and they are not aware of any update of the issue. They'll say the call back will be arranged but on the ground there is no work.

Request someone to please look into this at the earliest....

unauthorised extra billing amount

I applied for a new broadband connection (New account no.[protected] and the executive, mr. Mohd aslam khan called me on saturday 8th september 2018 and told me he is unavailable now and will meet me on monday. He told me not to accept any other executive's call for a new connection (A - max 425). I waited till monday and called him. He came and took the money rs. 500 in cash for one monthly bill and waived off the installation charges....

And for that fraud activity no compensation has been provided by company.

regarding new connection
