Act internet connection is down. Raised complaints via sms channel and app. Always it says complaint registered but no resolution.
Customer care is always busy. Sent emails to [protected]@actcorp.in,
[protected]@actcorp.in.

Not sure what to do next.

Act team you are good to deactivate my connection, they are many broadband service providers out there in market.
