Hi team, We have a act digital connection in nellore (Andhra pradesh). The setup is constantly showing as no signal from last one month. Have tried the local team multiple times for service request and haven't got it corrected. Apart from that i feel the consumer number shared by your team is useless. [protected] [protected] Cable tv office number :[protected]Always disconnected) The service executive is unable to provide service saying that service agent provider in your area we dont have contact to share. No use in calling the customer care service customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
