[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Act fiber network not available since months (changed from days to months)

Dear bexxar act company, (See how many tickets i have been registered)

From 23rd may i have complained that there is a problem and network not available. My family have called the call center many times i think they have spend more than 1000rs on my calls only. Every-time a new ticket is registered. Are customers looking like fools.

I am outside station and i was seeing to talk to my family daily. Because of this act i am not able to have video calls to them and spending my money to call india from outside country.

Fyi, i have already mailed and paid last amount full amount. And given alternate numbers many times to reach my home but no one ever showed off.
