I requested a Bill Waiver on 19/3/2022 for which i didn't use it for 40 days in my last billing cycle(6 Months Plan), regularly I only used 100 GB of the total 3300 GB I was allocated, and first executive which i spoke to her mentioned that you will get a waiver for this cycle and she checked with the backend team then only she confirmed that you will get it.But the backend team executive called me and says we cannot give any waiver and disconnected the phone and was very rude and hung up the phone on me prematurely before I could ask him about the bill details. Will not recommend ACT
