ACT Fibernet — Act Fibernet Billing Issue and Customer care is pathetic

Dear Fibernet,
I had Act connection from long since before 2019 and now I see them the Worst Operator for customer service I have seen in Internet provider. My Account No.]. I have requested for reconnection n 17 May 2023. And 25 th May 2023. During installation the box ACT TEAM told me I will be charged on prorate basis- 7 days in the month of May will be charged. They installed on 25 th May 2023. But there was a bill generated for INR 1, 977( Containing 1280.30 for June+ Previous balance 686.30 + 150 connection charges) . When I asked about 686, they said connection was from 19th May 2023 so that is my bill. Now after so many calls they revised bill with removing 150 reconnection charges without correcting the actual billing date and providing proper break up of 686.80 I have raised complaints/requests several time. Without resolving the ticket it will be automatically closed without any proper solution. I have address the ACT total history of the case. But nobody resolved . My account has deactivated for not paying the amount .These people started cheating in billing. I have raised 3 complain with in 10 days and it is closed without any resolution and I had to re open them.Customer support quality is pathetic, repeating the same stuff rather resolving.No intenet to resolve it. Attaching relevent screen shot for your reference. There is nothing called escaltion.
