Hi sir, today contacted act fibernet team asked for new connection. The concern customer care lady told me "if i take 6 months plan, i will get free installation and router free. I agreed and she has sent representative to my home. That guy said"if i pay 3600, i will get unlimited data with 40mbps for 6 months. I am convinced with his words and paid the amount of 3600 from my credit card. Then the guy started saying that "for router i have to pay additional 800rs. When i contacted customer care for almost 6 times, then finally they are saying that for free router i have a take 9 months plan and there is nothing like unlimited plan available in act fiber. Both customer care people and representative misguided me and made false statements. I want the amount to be refunded or action to be taken on this Was this information helpful? | |||||
