I requested for a new act fibernet internet connection on 4-dec-2018 and 5-dec-2018 got sales call and committed me to activate the connection in 30 mins.
I chose act because i was a old customer i was fine with internet service however the customer support / call center was pathetic.
The sale person visited my house, collected the document and installation and monthly subscription charge from me and later on no update about what is happening to my request.
I was calling customer care they don't even what is the status, call hold, divert, kept on waiting, metal harassment.
I asked for resolution and commitment from support personnel they don't even know when they were able to connect or not able to gave me a committed dead line for the connection.
With endless follow-up and wait over 10 days i lost hope with act corp and decided to quit.
Now i decided to not go with act and asked for a refund, logged a ticket on 12th dec 2018, since time no response from.
Asking me wait for 15 days, the act from act is like stole the money and again you customer wait.
The customer care is so careless and rude don't bother a customer, now i need my money back.
If act left some ethics return my money back asap.
