[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Act fibernet connection in bangalore - poor service | |||||
Hello sir, I took act fibre connection against my registered mobile no [protected] and the same was activated on sept 28th 201. From day 1 wifi router provided by the isp is not working properly and the same was informed to the person who came for installation - puttaaju on the day of installation and he was not able to resolve. Further i formally loved a complain to online and through customer care no on 29th sept 2016. Till date the problem is not resolved i got fed up and did multiple escalations through email to their nodal officer and appellate in bangalore. I have not seen response form them as well. Very day i am following up with the act customer care in vain. Can anybody help me in this regard or let me know who else i should escalate to get this resolved.
