ACT Fibernet — act fibernet disconnection and refund | |||
Hi I have opted for installation of 'act storm entertainment' package from act fibernet service on[protected] and paid rs.8206 for 6 months plan upfront. These guys took 3 to 4 days for installation after frequent follow-ups. I have used my own router for installation. After installation they have restricted the usage of internet with single user login; which means you can connect only 1 device at a time. I called customer care and raised complaint regarding this[protected] sr[protected]. They have mentioned they will help with router configuration to make it auto login; act technical team will call and guide you for the same. Even after consistent follow up with them they didn't turn up. I have escalated this to there nodal officer and appellate officer. But still there is no response. Finally i have decided to disconnect the service. Raised complaint for the same sr[protected] disconnection request on[protected] and requested for refund of the same. Following are the issues i have faced after opting for this connection: 1) need to login every 10 mins to get access for internet on single device. 2) it doesn't help connecting to multiple devices. 3) act mobile app doesn't allow to raise complaint on general issues; it allows to select only pre-defined issues to be addressed. 4) customer support over phone need to wait for minimum 15 minutes to get customer support executive on call. (New/existing connection [protected]/[protected]/helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in). 5) support team doesn't have curtsey to prioritize complaints or issues even after repeated follow ups. 6) helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in mail id doesn't even respond. Current status i am waiting for disconnection to complete and refund of entire amount paid (Rs.8206). I am raising this complaint because there support team not responding over call, emails etc. I am still struggling with there network for frequent disconnect.
