ACT Fibernet — ACT fibernet down since Vardha cyclone

My ACT fibernet is not restored after cyclone vardha. My account number is[protected]. But to my surprise, I am getting a meager waiver. The service has been down for almost a month now. Everytime I call, I get a deadline that keeps extending. No intimation on what is happening in my area to fix the issue . I am in Chennai city ( Mylapore) and pathetic to see the service is not still up in a densely populated area . ACT sends a routine sorry automated email now and then that is of no use.

Updated by Swarna Raghu My internet connection has been down for almost a month, but I get bill close to RS.900 and no response from ACT on what they are doing to fix my connection. No use sending automated sorry emails saying they are working round the clock. I am spending a lot of money in recharging my mobile data.
