Hello sir/ madam, this is vikranth vemula from hyderabad, i am using act fibernet from past 5 years.3 years ago they set up junction box in my home said they will provide discount of 100 rs per month, and from three years they haven't paid single penny and not given any discount. When i called to there customer care they simply gave 600 discount for 3 years and closed the issue, they are not at all reacting properly.. This is totally fraud from such a big organization. Please help me to get what is mine.
