I had raised a relocation ticket Ticket#SR[protected] on 17 june 2020 .as per the ticket details it should have been resolved by 24 june 2020. but now the situation is my new address got updated on the act portal but nobody came up to relocate the connection. also they are closing the ticket without even informing the reason for doing do. whenever i get in touch with the customer care executives they say that by evening it will get resolved or within 24hrs i will get a call back to check up on the issue. They are not even replying back to mails which i am sending now.

    It all started with relocation request ticket no.: sr[protected] raised on 21st march, which was not attended fro more than 2 and half months.
    And on 31st march the ticket was closed with out any call/intimation, when checked with customer care they say network engineers have commented saying no open ports available to give connection. Network engineers should have called and informed the issue but they did not and closed the ticket.
    Which led to disconnection of my account and i ended with loosing connection and

    On june 9th 2020 i received a mail by act on refund amount, which i totally disagree

    I have paid an amount of 6792 inr for 6 months plan stated on feb 25th 2020 and requested for relocation on march 21st 2020, data used is only for one month.

    When i checked with customer care they told i will get the refund for the months that i lost during relocation request which was not atteneded by act fibernet team.

    Now its more than a month checking with the act customer care for prompt refund of the rest of the amount. They answer saying will get a call back from refund team to resolve the issue. But till now have not received any call back from act refund team.

    N no. Of tickets has been raised and were closed with out any intimation from act fibernet. Which totally disagree

    I am looking forward for a prompt refund calculation for the months the data were not used and refund the same

    This was the issue caused by the act network engineers who did not attended the relocation request for more than 2 and half months and with out intimation closed the ticket

    I am a act fibernet customer for more than one and half year and did not expect this kind of service

    1 relocation request was not attended for more than 2 and half months
    2 relocation request ticket closed with out intimating the customer
    3 not promptly calculating the refund amount
    4 no call from refund team yet

    Promptly calculate the refund amount and refund the rest of the amount.

    Data used only one month out of 6 months plan

    Every time it's said we are looking into this and the tickets will be closed with out any response /call

    Have used data for only one month out of 6months plan.

    Refund the amount for non usage months

    The ticket was closed with out any resolution and had to reopen

      Hello,

      My name is shabbirhussain e dhorajiwala. I am a new customer to act fiber. Below are my account details.

      Since last 24 hours, i see a jump in my data usage which i am pretty sure i have not consumed. When i looked up at the act ip website on my computer to see as what device had consumed so much of data, it showed up mac address of my amazon echo spot. Now my echo spot is not in use at all. So the consumption of the data is absolutely in-correct.
      Data consumed on :-
      23/6/2020 : 49 gb download, 2 gb upload.
      24/6/2020 : 35 gb download, 2.3 gb upload (Still going on)
      If this continues to be a problem, i may have to roll back to my older service provider (Airtel, for 5 years) and i never had this issue of excessive data consumption issue with them.

        act fibernet junction box electricity bill issue.

        Hello sir/ madam, this is vikranth vemula from hyderabad, i am using act fibernet from past 5 years.3 years ago they set up junction box in my home said they will provide discount of 100 rs per month, and from three years they haven't paid single penny and not given any discount. When i called to there customer care they simply gave 600 discount for 3 years and closed the issue, they are not at all reacting properly.. This is totally fraud...

        I submitted a request for new installation of internet connection and made an amount of rs. 4, 544/- on 15.06.2020 towards the same. Till the payment made the sales person responded very promptly and after the confirmation of payment, he disconnected my call and stopped attending my calls (He rarely attends and suggests to contact customer care). After 10 days of continuous follow up with their customer care executives, i raised a complaint for cancellation of my service request and refund the amount. The customer care executive raised the refund request and asked to send bank account details to [protected]@actcorp.in and [protected]@incredible. Actcorp.in. When i tried to submit the bank account details to these mail ids, first one is blocked to receive mails from my mail id and the second one is wrong. Request you to help me in getting back my money.

          Pathetic cheap level service given. Useless, unprofessional, worst, irresponsible customer support team and services.

          For name sake they say issues will he solved in 24-48 hours. But they take more time than that, upon that they stop responding to calls, abruptly disconnect the call, never call back.

          Such a disgusting service company who cannot service their own customers, payment has to be done ontime or disconnection.

          What if the repair is not done ontime? Who is responsible?

          No one takes responsibility to fix the issue, do not understand the severity of the issue, work from home, business transactions gone to dogs because of these useless internet service provide by the name act.

          If someone has the guts to talk to their customers call me on [protected]

            I have raised a enquiry for new act internet connection on 14th jun2020. I got call from sales executive on 15th and got link for act app i have installed and paid and submitted my adhar as document on same day. He promised to get connection the same day and worst case by 3days which is on 18th. But till 19th no response from them. As from 20th we have lock down here i called him soo many times till night 7 pm on 19th. I got same response people are coming you will get the connection. But till today 24 jun nothing happened. I tried calling customer care numbers from 18th but only today it was working. Ans raised cancellation request and refund my money. They said it will take 15 days to refund the amount. Because of this peoples mistake we are suffering lossing our money and time. If they are unable to give the connection not sure why they take our money. Its purely cheating people by giving false promises

              I raised a shifting request on june 1 st in act application on june 4 th some support guys called me and told that the request is raised as shifting enquiry asked me to raise a new one then i again raised a request they gave me the estimation time by june 11 th from the day of june 4 th no response from them called many times to the support everyday for connectiong to support it will take 1-2 hrs if it connects by any chance all off a sudden support guys will hangup everyday they will tell a story to give 24 hours of time then again same story no response from them im really frustated by wasting my time and money by contacting support as well i want to lodge a complaint on this service provider and i like to add one more thing for a new connection it will take only one day means they are taking the existing customers as granted my mobile number is [protected] act account no[protected] my service request number is - sr[protected]
              One more thing emailed to apellate authority, nodal officer, and to support no response from them then why these guys are using email address for support or any escalations worst service

                Installation of Fibernet is pending since more than 10 days now.

                I've lost count of how many times I've reached the call center.

                The sales guy isn't responding to my calls/messages.

                Fibernet box is already assembled and only the installation is pending now.

                Customer service @ACT is pathetic to the core!!

                Can somebody help me for gods sake!?

                  Act fibernet is intentionally not disconnecting my broadband connection just to keep the billing go on and so that they can continue sending me bills for the services that i have never used. It's such a shame on the company to follow such illicit and fraudulent techniques to make money.
                  My act account number is[protected].
                  I have emailed act fibernet customer support on june 6th, 2020 to disconnect my act broadband connection immediately. There customer support number is always busy but after trying hard for two days, i could connect with act support on a phone call and asked them to disconnect. The support person said that they will disconnect the connection within 7 days. After that i got a call from act support team on june 13th, 2020 to pay the bill of inr 1339/- against my account for which the due date was june 15th, 2020 and that they are processing the disconnection request. I paid the full bill amount of inr 1339/- and cleared all the dues on june 15th, 2020. Still my act account is not disconnected. I have repeatedly emailed the act nodal officer, bangalore and act appellate authority for bangalore region along with act support, but no body replied to my emails. They are not disconncting my account so that they can keep sending the bills.
                  Act, i don't have extra money to pay for the services that i don't use. Just disconnect my act account #[protected] immediately.

                        I have raised complaint 8 days back and still there no internet, when i reached customer support they ask us to waitfor 24 hours but no resolution. The techicians closing the ticket withiut even contacting us or approaching us.

                          I am using act fibernet connection in chennai and i was forced to relocate to my native town due to covid-19. One of my family members got affected and i requested them to suspend my connection temporarily and there is action for 7 days.

                          Please verify the data usage and other connection details. Still my account act app does not reflect suspended. Still it shows active. Please don't deduct money from prepaid amount.

                            Now a days if power goes internet will not working

                                I have had raised a relocation request early on the 2nd of june 2020. One of the customer service executives called and asked when do i need the service. I asked to get it done on/before 18th june 2020. Since i already know how horrible their customer service is, i had kept a buffer time and raised this request. But she asked me to cancel and raise a new one on the 12th of june so that 6 days are enough to address such queries.
                                As per her suggestion, i cancelled the old request and raised a new one on 12 of june. Since then couple of technicians called and asked me whether they can complete the relocation request. But to my surprise they were give my "from" address as the new address. I asked them to check with their concerned managers again and they assured me to do the same. But all the efforts went in vain.
                                I have been trying to get the request completed, but all the requests are falling onto the deaf ears. This is not the first time i am facing the worst customer service experience.
                                I have also sent a formal email to the nodal officer keeping the ceo mr. Bala and mr. Pramod, customer services vp.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have complained about internet not working many times in the past few weeks. Each time it takes more than a day to resolve and after resolution the problem happens again.
                                    Also, no one answers the call made to customer care number.
                                    This is highly annoying as it obstructs work, esp at a time when we all are working from home during covid.

                                      I am getting internet since a week. I made several complaints but my problem not been solved. Your technical person is able to solve the problem and moreover he said that if i am not interested you can cancel the connection and he will refund the amount, i did not expect such a response from your side more so you must understand that i am using act from more than 10 years but i did not expect the technical person saying so. I am very much pained by the behaviour of your person. More so not solving the problem and answering to get the connection to disconnectiue is regartable.
