I have raised complaint 8 days back and still there no internet, when i reached customer support they ask us to waitfor 24 hours but no resolution. The techicians closing the ticket withiut even contacting us or approaching us.

    I am using act fibernet connection in chennai and i was forced to relocate to my native town due to covid-19. One of my family members got affected and i requested them to suspend my connection temporarily and there is action for 7 days.

    Please verify the data usage and other connection details. Still my account act app does not reflect suspended. Still it shows active. Please don't deduct money from prepaid amount.

      I have been using act fibernet for over a 2 years now. Earlier quality was very good. It is working with ups also
      Now a days if power goes internet will not working
      For working from home staff and online class student it s very difficult

          I have had raised a relocation request early on the 2nd of june 2020. One of the customer service executives called and asked when do i need the service. I asked to get it done on/before 18th june 2020. Since i already know how horrible their customer service is, i had kept a buffer time and raised this request. But she asked me to cancel and raise a new one on the 12th of june so that 6 days are enough to address such queries.
          As per her suggestion, i cancelled the old request and raised a new one on 12 of june. Since then couple of technicians called and asked me whether they can complete the relocation request. But to my surprise they were give my "from" address as the new address. I asked them to check with their concerned managers again and they assured me to do the same. But all the efforts went in vain.
          I have been trying to get the request completed, but all the requests are falling onto the deaf ears. This is not the first time i am facing the worst customer service experience.
          I have also sent a formal email to the nodal officer keeping the ceo mr. Bala and mr. Pramod, customer services vp.

            I have taken a account from act fibernet and paid 3 months plan. Salesperson promised to provide spilt bill for each month but now they are no responding. I am asking for a bill which i paid... I need to claim it from company.
            Refer the attached copy of invoice.
            Please do the need full.

              Hi,
              I have complained about internet not working many times in the past few weeks. Each time it takes more than a day to resolve and after resolution the problem happens again.
              Also, no one answers the call made to customer care number.
              This is highly annoying as it obstructs work, esp at a time when we all are working from home during covid.

                I am getting internet since a week. I made several complaints but my problem not been solved. Your technical person is able to solve the problem and moreover he said that if i am not interested you can cancel the connection and he will refund the amount, i did not expect such a response from your side more so you must understand that i am using act from more than 10 years but i did not expect the technical person saying so. I am very much pained by the behaviour of your person. More so not solving the problem and answering to get the connection to disconnectiue is regartable.

                  Ticket (Sr[protected]) was raised on 29th may, 2020 and ticket shows expected resolution date as 5th june 2020, but apparently it’s not yet 5th june per act calendar. I have been calling the helpdesk everyday and everyday same promise that it will be taken care of in 24 hrs. I was told to make a payment for another 2200 for getting direct line as there is a live wire near my house because of which they will need to set this extra thing. This also has been paid and i have the receipt however it’s been days and the connection is yet to be transferred. I told the team multiple times that during this time when we have to work from home this is effecting me badly inspire of the fact that i am a prepaid customer who has a few months of prepaid money with act, this is the service i have been getting. The worst service ever and i want to let other users know not to opt for act ever as they seem to be a bunch of scammers cheating people.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: broadband internet

                    The issue that i have experienced was: i am having the worst experience with act fibernet. Act team behavior makes me frustrated. Let me share my painful experience below. The service in my area is terribly unreliable.

                    I had made a service request for service relocation/shifting sr #[protected] dated 31/05/20 refer that it will resolve by[protected] and after that i had conversed daily basis to complete my service shifting request but initially they told due to covid /lock down and then told that due to non-availability of connection box it may be delayed by one week after that continuously calling with their customer care they simply refuse due to network down your status is not showing and call later and cut the phone call without intimation i think this is not correct way to cut the call from cc. Next i wrote a mail to cc & nodal officer which is resulting zero results. Again contact cc they told within 24 hrs you issue should be resolved and our service person will call you but as of now nobody is calling for service resolve. Again i asked cc either resolve my issue or inform me it will be not resolved then i will carry out another service provider but they told within 24 hrs we will be intimate to you. But i thought 24 hrs may not started from act team.

                    Again i called cc and escalated to your next level, i would speak to them, they simply escaped there is no option. I made a request to call you. But nobody called me.

                    Surprisingly yesterday the act person called me and said that your service was suspended due to non-payment of june'20 month. I told them to provide a connection then i will pay. But they simply stand arguing to pay first. I clearly said that since 20 days frustrated with your persons and you will provide connection and after my payment you will activate it. They told me, i will discuss & call you. But as of now there is no response.

                    I would like to add one more that neighbors/homeowners are not allowing to install connection box at their home due to misusing act persons and they have not properly laid the cables and not do the dressing and laid on end to other end they think about disturbance may happened others and old cables/scrap/inactivate cables are not removing and simply through their homes which is worst services.

                    It occurred on: 31/05/2020

                    Resolve this issue immediately or accept unable to resolve service and also compensate my expenses due to their delays.

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      i too faced similar issue with the relocation (request raised on 21st march 2020) and ended up with disconnection
                      waited for more than 2 and half months considering this covid 19 situation the network engineers might have issue in providing relocation to new place (this new place has act connection to neighbors)

                      they are providing new connections in this area but not addressing the relocation tickets

                      ACT fibernet attends only new connection later on the issues will not bee addressed by act fibernet team

                        Its related to act internet shifting request.

                        I have been trying to submit a shifting request through mobile app for a week now, its keep on failing with error 'something went wrong.. Try after sometime'.
                        So i called customer care and they gave url to submit request and that too failed.
                        I have visited chandanagar, hyderabad branch office to submit the request directly. But there is nobody available.
                        And no contact name given for shifting request.
                        I request you take it in priority as i have to do wfh.

                          We shifted out house from 2nd floor to first floor in same apartment. We tried calling act fibernet customer care no response more than a hour we were kept in hold. App was not working. We had sale engineers number he too was not helping. Worst service in corona time. I was suppose to do wfh in corona time. But because of their ingnorance suffering a lot.

                            I paid for a 6 month subscription on May 4th and after waiting for so long without getting any response from your side even after composing tons and tons of mails and talking to customer care executives everyday they finally came for the box fixation and now they are again delaying with the installation part. Which is terrible! Also, out of nowhere without any request for a refund from my side, without my consent apparently the installation team has filed a refund ticket which wasn’t supposed to happen! After waiting for sooo long now what’s the use of doing all those things from my end? If at all your service is not up to the mark then please stop distributing pamphlets and with the false advertising for god sake! It’s ridiculous you guys are just complicating it even more! And please ask your executives to not block our numbers after a day or two. Pathetic experience!

                              We have been complaining about internet issue over a month now. I have had the worst experience with the ACT Fiber broadband connection, i have raised several complaints and tried customer care more than 10 times every time they say " problem will get resolved by today itself " but nothing happening, we are really struggling here without internet connection, Even Though we have paid for one year in Advance amount no use we are suffering a lot. You have been closing the ticket without proper resolution. here are the tickets raised. Either refund my full money we will go for a better service provider or fix the issue immediately.

                                  The service in my area is terribly unreliable. I face issues with connectivity at least once a month. Today it’s 3rd time this month and no one cares. It takes 3-9 days for the technicians to fix it where as it’s done within a couple of hours in other areas. This is a huge monopoly the company agents are playing at in my area. I cannot choose any other service because there isn’t any that suits my requirement. And this is act’s advantage. I’m fed up of talking to the team lead mr. Penchal kumar in my area. He has stopped answering the call while i’m struggling to work from home.

                                    Dear team,

                                    We had very worst experience with the act fiber broadband connection, i have raised the first complaint on 06.06.2020 and tried customer care more than 10 times every time they say "problem will get resolved by today itself" but nothing happening, we are really struggling here without internet connection, even though we have paid the 6 month advance amount no use we are suffering a lot, we request you to help us

                                    Also please make action on the technician/concern person for not supporting us

                                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                                      I had applied for an ACT Fibernet connection on June 9, 2020 and paid for the 6 months subscription. I had applied for ACT because I have to work from home and need really good speed. The person who called from ACT was Mr. Nagesh Goud (Ph. # [protected]). He asked me to pay on June 9th itself and I paid Rs. 6976.75 towards the A- Max-1075 plans for 6 months. They said the connection would be given the next day. My payment was accepted and I had received the ACT Fibernet Account No.[protected].

                                      The technician Mr. Ramu ([protected]) came the next day to fix it but never fixed it. He came the following day to our colony and just told the connection is not fixed for some box issue. We had informed him to find a solution with respect to the Junction Box.

                                      After that no attempt was made by ACT to install the connection. I have mailed the Nodal and Appellate Authority to find a solution or refund my amount. No one replied to my mail for a week. When they replied, they gave a service request number (SR[protected]) and that was the end of it. No attempts were made to install it.

                                      They have not made any attempts to refund my money either. Mr. Nagesh Goud has been refusing to pick my calls and is giving a standard sms stating he will call me back later which he has not done so far.

                                      I would really like a refund in full of the amount spent by me.
