Its related to act internet shifting request.
I have been trying to submit a shifting request through mobile app for a week now, its keep on failing with error 'something went wrong.. Try after sometime'.
So i called customer care and they gave url to submit request and that too failed.
I have visited chandanagar, hyderabad branch office to submit the request directly. But there is nobody available.
And no contact name given for shifting request.
I request you take it in priority as i have to do wfh.
