Act is always cheating customers, but nobody is noticing. I was not using act for 2 months 2021 Nov and December. But they are showing some amount of bill in their app. Same time it saying "Connection Deactivated". But bill amount is same. So i tried to reconnect the internet. It worked for 3 or 2 days and again it automatically disconnected. But i can see my bill amount is again increased. I called their customer care service asked them why my bill amount is automatically increasing and while connection is disconnected. So they are saying some calculations that customers cant easily understand. The thing is we are using prepaid connection not postpaid, then how they can charge money from customers?? I was confused and i thought its my fault. So i paid the bill on Jan 3rd 2022. and i thought everything is clear from now.
But the real incident happened. There i realized. ACT is looting money from us. we are robbed. Jan 19, 2022 Suddenly connection disconnected without any notice. And saying Your bill due amount is RS. 837. how that could happen?? Because i paid bill Jan 3rd and and i can see no due pending. But Jan 19 bill amount is 837. Gods sake, i was very busy with my workfromhome situation. So i must indeed internet. and i Paid the amount. But i used just 2 days only. after it showing your monthly data limit is over. that's the one more trick to rob money. I checked the app. there i can see around 400 something GB i used this month (750GB is my monthly data limit). Suddenly called customer care and they are saying you are used 750 GB. I said im the only person using this connection and hardly ill use 20Gb per day or maximum 30Gb. So the person said sir you using 30Gb per day. Ok just take if it is 30GB per day. 19 days it will be 570GB. He have no answer for that. and finally he said our team will resolve this issue within 24 hours. But nothing happened. I called them everyday, and no one have answers, i tried 4 days to call them and described all the issues. but they haven't resolved yet my issue. Stupid customer care service. We are telling our issues and want to resolve it in possible way. But they don't know how to ( maybe they are ACTing to fool customers)
and the funniest part is happened today 29/1/2022 (i still not able to use internet). But they send a message "your reactivation request has been processed on 29/1/2022 & and a charge of RS 150.00 will be added to your next month bill. What's the heck is this...
