ACT Fibernet — ACT Fibernet- Not processing Refund for Connection which was never fixed

I had applied for a new broadband connection with ACT and their technicians never showed up to connect the internet. After multiple followups, I cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund, they said they will process the refund within 48Hrs and yet no update. Their Customer Care say the same thing again with regards to the refund, that it will be processed soon. This is very unprofessional and reeks of fraud. Any representative of ACT please get this refunded as soon as possible, as such big charges are no joke for you to take it lightly.

Yes, same is happening with me too and I am so frustrated that these cheaters and fraud company are just dogging me constantly. Please let me know if your issue eas resolved or should I give up that I have been scammed?
