[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet not working for 10 days now | |||
10681535 bangalore hrbr layout 2 Act fibernet not working for last 10 days. Daily getting a stupid sms saying it will be fixed by 8 pm same day. Escalated to nodal officer. Field personnel called me to tell they don’t have equipment in stock. After 2 years of good experience with act this stupid customer care and field services made me raise disconnection request. I will request all my friends to cancel act connection and move to alternates. Very sad and irritated to have such a stupid service. Was this information helpful? | |||

in month around 6 times net was frequently disconnected and every time i was call to customer center and they told that in local junction we have the problem, after that they rise the incident and it will clear by end of the day ..
once again it was gone after few days.
