ACT Fibernet — ACT Fibernet Refund not issued

I have requested for internet connection on 15th March and paid through NEFT . they said they will do it on same day But they are not able fulfil the request on time so we request to cancel booking and arrange for the refund . when ordering for connection itself I clearly told that I need it on time other wise I may not want it. Despite that they did do it on time. 21 March technical person is calling for installation, we informed please cancel the order and we don't need the connection order and refund the money but they didn't refund my money yet we give below transaction and amount details
