[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Act fibernet relocation problem | |||||
I'm act customer from last 1 year and now relocated to 2 km from my old place. I have opened a ticket from act mobile app to relocate the connection on 7th april 2017 there was no response so called to act customer care and given complaint on 8th. When i called on 9th they said the area is not feasible, i informed them there is a box and connection next to my home and requested to reopen the request. 10 apr 10 am i got a message that the location is feasible for act connection and 12.30 representative called me and said it is not feasible. No local representative/technician called me to check the feasibility simply they are telling the connection is not feasible and closing the request.
