I want to disconnect act fibernet account, as i am completely fedup with relocation request process.
I called customer care and i have requested multiple times and did multiple followups for re install in new location, but they are telling today and postponing it every day. Every time i call them, they are telling same phrase, now nearly 4 days are over. They will charge me for these 4-5 days too.
Please act terminate my account.
Even one person from service team came to my home on 30/05 and told will come today 31/05. But after multiple followups he is not sure when he will come and is telling me to escalate even if required.
This is completely not fair for act on your part. If i dont pay bill from the next due date you people disconnect my service without any delay and the same should be applied to you as well. This is effecting my daily work, eating up my time.
