[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — act fibernet worst service for data theft

My data is being used by somebody else during our office ours. And within 18 days monthly data pack got finished. Raised a complaint to customer care. They told me like within 24 hours technician will visit my place. As we trusted them, buy out extra 10 gb. They didn't turn up. As i said earlier someone else is using my data. It got finished in 2 days. It's been 8 days. Till now i have called to customer care for almost 15 times. It didn't get resolved. Nobody is taking seriously for the data theft.

Worst ever services i have gone through this. Every time they will tell that issue has been escalated. Act hired those kind of people who don't even know the meaning of escalation. Since 6 days they are telling me that issue got escalated.

From now i'll suggest to my colleagues and friends not to go for act fibernet. Dabba service ever ever i seen.

On the top team leads behave like it is quite natural and it is not their mistake.
Spoke with suvin sharma-team team leader, he didn't responded me back. Vinodh another team leader. This vinodh is very great guy telling me like i can disconnect the act fibernet. Such a great act hiered. I completely lost my hope that issue will get resolve. As me and my husband both are working, using mobile net to work at home paying 1270+170=1440rs to act. I felt pity on me to take this worst network. As it is my decision to go for act completely regret for this biggest blunder in my life.

Fed up of calling. And till now i didn't get any call back from act team. At least that is the minimum responsibility i feel.

Any way guys if someone come here to take act fibernet, i please suggest not to take. Worst ever data service provider. Don't feel regret like me within 3 months.

I asked for my already buy out data. They are denying for that even. Vinodh confirmed that if they are not going to resolve this issue by sat eod which means yesterday they will provide even my buy out data. Now they are least bother about that.
