[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet/madinaguda/hyderabad refund amount is not initiating | |||
I requested for new act fibernet connection. One of their executive came to my premises and charged me online payment for 6 months. (4000+ inr/) The initial commitment was to setup new connection on same day. No one has initiated the connection for 3 days. Due to my internet urgency, i explained the situation with customer service and requested for withdrawl and refund process. Since one month, act fibernet is not initiating my refund amount and suffering the customers. They just looted 4100/inr from new customer with false commitments through their marketing representatives. Was this information helpful? | |||

Many thanks to Consumer Complaints forum. After logging the complaint, Act Fiber Internet team refunded the ammount immediately.
I had very bad experience happend with Act Fiber Internet, Madinaguda branch. They couldn't able to setup connection as per their commiment and customer urgency. Refund process is to hectic and go for more than one month but no luck. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have disconnected from ACT fibernet. But i have cobtinuosly receving automatic calls, asking to reconnect. I do not want anything from ACT. They are harassing me
