I have been using ACT fibrenet since 2014. Offlate i am facing problem with connectivity. Its almost everyday i call the customer care and raise a issue. They were fixing it for that moment. This kept on happening for 2-3 weeks. From past one week i have been told that the place where the Junction box was kept has to be relocated. The Internet stopped working completly from 20-Sep-18.
Today i was told that they cannot relocate the internet and the Service DEsk agent have asked me to go with different service provider. This was surprise to me as the agent themselves are telling this.
Whenever i call the toll free, I have been asking them to link to a supervisor or someone in higher authority and its been 7 days now and no supervisor has talked to me. I have been pissed off with this service and attitude of the customer care agent.
What i understand is, its not only me, there are few more customers who are given the same response.
My question now is, how can we trust ACT, any fine day they may stop the service and tell us they cannot support/fix the problem.
What will happen to my deposit which i paid during installation?
Why is that the Escalation team/supervisor not ready to call/talk to me?
Please help me out in this regard.
I wold also suggdest to all my friends and relatives not to go with ACT who are cheaters. Was this information helpful? |
