[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act gx box scam

Ive been using ACT for a year. Today is Feb 4th 2020. From January 19th, I am unable to use the ACT internet.

You can see that my request are un attended purposefully and ACT doesnt care anymore.

They are neither providing refund for my GX box or providing the connection through GX box.

The whole GX BOX SETUP IS A SCAM.

I would like ACT to attend this issue asap.

I am also going through same. I paid them on 16th Aug and till now no one showed up to install the box. I am working form home and it’s important for me to have uninterrupted internet. Before paying I confirmed with the customer care that the box will be installed at the location in 72 hrs. When that not happened i called up customer care, again they opened a ticket and informed that it will be installed in 72 hrs. The ticket got closed with out the installation after 5 days. I called up again they opened a new ticket on 24th aug. Yesterday i called by to express my frustration the rep said she will escalate and have a supervisor call back in 4 hrs. As expected no one called nor my issue is still resolved. This is frustrating i am only keeping it with act because there is on other ISP in my area.
