The act fiber net has given me services what I never asked for and taken advance amount and not adjusting to towards the next bill and causing unnecessary mail and calls follow up and not taking services back neither adjusting the amount. The appellate tribunal is also not responding. The customer care are not responding on the matter and they are irritating customer for no reason.

    On jan 13, 2020 i made a payment for my act fibernet connection. I received a message that it was not complete and hence i repeated the payment and within seconds i received a message from the bank only now it appeared the payment had been made twice. I immediately reached out to act with a helpdesk request and received a mail which promised action within 48 hours. It is now 20 days and my issue is unresolved though they have unilaterally closed the helpdesk ticket. I have not received any further communication from the company regarding the resolution process.

    An ACT associate reached out to me today. I understand from him the issue has been favourably resolved. I have also verified the same and i am in receipt of the refund. I am very happy with the resolution and steps taken.

    I just received a call from ACT Fibernet. This issue is resolved by ACT. I am very happy with the speedy resolution. Thank you to the consumer complaints forum for providing a platform and to the ACT Fibernet Team for resolving my issue.
    I'd purchased a pant from meesho, I wasn't satisfied with it so I returned it. The product was collected but the amount isn't refunded. It shows that the refund is processed in the app but the amount hasn't reached us.

      I took a connection from act but unfortunately they were unable to give me installation of fibre so I requested them for refund till now it's 15 days I have raised a complaint against refund it's really embarrassed for me these act customer service are not replying properly.. please look back into this issue. Services are really very worst.

        I have my internet connection with act fibernet. I paid 1500 rs on 19.9-2019 for a new router, after paying another 1498.99 rs on 12.12.2019 i finally got the new router. After the router was installed act send me another bill for 1748 rs. Same router can be bought online for app 2000 rs. I have given complaint after complaint, but nothing happens, act says issue is resolved, but on the app is still says that i owe them 1748 rs
        Please advice what to do

          I have took a connection on sunday i. E 19/01/2020 in hyderabad. Sales executive promised me within 48 hrs installaton of fibre will be done. But due to some reasons they are unable to provide my fibre installation after that i have called so many times for installation. Finally fed up and raised a request against refund they tooka request from and told me that i will be getting a call within 24hrs to confirm my bank details till now i didnot get a call

            I paid for a new connection on 14th of jan 2020, the service provider asked for 3 days max time for the installation which i clearly asked him if it's gonna take more time, for which he replied it won't take more than 4 days of time. Whenever i call him in the morning he says "till evening the connection will be given" in the evening when i call him he says that he couldn't do it for some reason and tells that his gonna do tomorrow. Its already 10 days now he didn't provide the connection. When i complaint the about the same to the customer care they asked for 24hours of time, i contacted the customer care for total of 8 times from which 4 guys (4 different days) asked for 24 hours time and it will be done because my request is kept for highest priority. Till now i did not get the connection, when i ask them about refunding some guy says it wil take 30 days another guy says 15 days i dunno what to do.

            Today your technical team arrived at the premises, just to connect a optical fibre from a opposite building they took whole day, seriously it's very pathetic service you are giving.

              I requested for connection disconnection from bangalore before july 2019, so support team created a new ticket for disconnection.

              Despite giving them a week to disconnect they disconnect it on 9th. But now i have been advised to pay 3/4th of month bill, wherein i haven't used internet for the whole month reached customer care but there is no update. Some old devices might have connected and 90gb was utilized out of 1500 gb of my quota. I said i would still pay for 90gb only, but the rude and ill mannered customer service agent didn't listen and started arguing. They sent me a final reminder as well. Which i am not going to address

              Worst communication channel internally and bad experience on customer suport.

                Act team has been stalling my refund of 3000 rupees and it has been due for a month now. After a 50 min customer care call they gave me an email id to send my account details but the email id given by act representative is wrong and the email bounced back.

                  My name is anurag yadav and on december 12/2019 i contact to the act fibernet sale person for act internet connection and before installing i already paid the amount for 3 months but after the connection guy came to my home and he said there's is no signal for act fibernet so we cannot install then i updated to customer care for refund but there's no proper response they are just saying again and again that you will get a call within 24 hours, but i didn't get any call from act fibernet and it's been a 30 days, worst service

                    We moved into a new house and hence before moving we had suspended our act fibernet connection, they told we have balance but actually we didnt have any balance to be paid, finally they told they will wave off the due amount which was shown false.
                    Now i am trying to reach the customer care using [protected] and [protected] they are telling we should raise request through their act app, but when i try to do it says clear the pending due amount.
                    These people are fooling customers by misguiding and also giving false payment dues.

                      Act states in the website that plans from Act rapid plus has extra 1500gb offer.
                      I currently have a Act rapid plus 6m+ 1m plan.The data is depleted. But the extra Gb was not activated. So i contacted the customer care regarding this who had no clue what i was talking about.
                      They closed my ticket(complaint) 2 times without any resolution or cal from the act team.
                      i contacted the nodal point as well, still no reponse.
                      please kindly do not false advertise in hoping to gain more customers.
                      even the existing customers will be switching from Act fibernet.

                        Your sales guy promised installation with 24 hrs of payment. I waited for more than a week from december and lodged innumerable requests for instllation. Strangely, they are all closed without doing any work.

                        I asked for refund and has been witing on an update to what accoung that my amount was refunded. Again, the ticket will be closed without a refund and without action.

                          Hi ACT,

                          I was using Jio Giga fiber for the past one year, I received a call
                          from one of you ACT salesperson and he explained me the plan
                          information. Sales Person Name: Prasanth D (Emp id:24304). Prasanth
                          came to my resident and explained the plan information, initially I
                          was not satisfied with the plan he explained and told him that the
                          price is too much when compared to Jio. So in quick time the salesperson Prasanth came up with other plans.

                          Plan Explained by Sales Person Prasanth D ( Emp: 24304)

                          1. He said if we show the existing JioGiga Fiber bill we will
                          be given three months of free subscription of ACT plan whichever we
                          choose so we opt for ACT Blast Promo Plan which cost rs.1049 register
                          Mobile number [protected]

                          2. Also, he told us if we take up the connection the same day
                          that is on Sat Dec 21st he will not be billed until Jan 1st.

                          3. The final one in our monthly bill rs 150 will be waived off.

                          Note: Prasanth D told me whatever problem you have please contact me
                          at any time and gave me his number: [protected]

                          Those are the three promises the salesperson Prasanth told me. After
                          listening to him I asked thrice are you sure about the discount, he
                          told me in a confident way Yes.

                          So I decided to remove Jio Giga fiber and opted for ACT plan ACT Blast
                          Promo and I paid rs 2238 which includes 1000 rs for the router.

                          On the Month of Jan 2020, I received a message from ACT asking to pay
                          rs 338.22. I immediately checked with Prasanth he said please don’t
                          worry I will take care of it.

                          I was receiving several messages from ACT so I sent Prasanth a whats
                          app message on Jan 16 around 9 am. He gave me a big shock saying that
                          he has Resigned from ACT due to some family issues.

                          I texted him again asking for what happened to the discount and promise
                          you gave me. He replied to me saying I cant do anything since I am no
                          more working for ACT, I was totally disappointed.

                          I tried to call him he is not attending my call, I reached the
                          customer care and told the above-listed issue and they said they will
                          check and come back. My complaint ID : SR [protected]

                          I totally lost the Hope and faith in ACT now. due to Prasanth D sales
                          person fake or false promise, why should the customer (I) Suffer? I
                          need you to take an action on this. I want a discount whichever
                          promised, because of that I took of Jio connection.

                          I have enclosed the ID card pictures which I received from sales
                          the person for your reference.

                          Kindly help me out I was cheated by ACT.

                            I have opted for internet plan of act and paid through act app. After that nobody contacted me regarding new connection. I kept trying to call them and ask regarding issue status. Their member claim that they have initiated refund process but was rejected from bank end due to some issue. After that they started telling me my transaction amount is not yet updated to their end. I made payment on 5th sep, 2019. And after 4 months they are telling me that my transaction amount is not updated.

                              My act fiber-net account no :[protected] got disconnected 3 months ago, but still my advance amount has not been refunded yet. Raised multiple service requests by calling customer care but all of them got resolved without any intimation and resolution. Still my advance amount of rs.3500/- is with act fiber-net. Have sent multiple mail to the customer care but everything went unresponsive.

                                Act service is pathetic. There is no internet @ home from last 6 days, i have been calling & emailing act guys repeatedly.

                                Reporting to below escalation email-id also didn't help
                                Appellate authorityblr, nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in, helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in

                                Act takes its customers for granted.

                                Below sr's highlight the pain i have gone through all these days

                                1. Sr[protected] - expected resolution was : 01/04/2020 17:00:00 - there was no attempt to resolve issue here.
                                2. Sr[protected] - expected resolution was: 01/08/2020 18:00:00 - time has passed and no update yet.
                                3. Escalation sr : sr[protected]?

                                After a long follow-up i get a call today from technician saying they cannot provide service since they ran out of network ports. I have paid them semi-annual subscription, and they have denied service abruptly in-between. As i am a tenant i cannot give permission for junction box but i did agree to pay 2200 for a gx box, they say they cant even provide that.

                                At-least process my refund request asap, so that i can look for other isp in my area. And refrain from providing connections to customers if you cant service them consistently.

                                I am fed up with such replies from your team since last 6 days. I don't think your team is in a position to resolve this issue. You have been putting this on priority with your team from last 5-6 days, and you are unable to resolve it.

                                Since its your inability to provide promised service, you should be refunding complete 6 months subscription fee collected from me.

                                  I raised a name change request for my act connection in nov-2019 & its still not resolved. My billing due date was in nov and i've not paid the bill because when i raised the request the cs rep said that the connection will be disconnected and a new connection with new name will be given & its 2 months with no internet & incomplete request. I also reached out to the nodal officer and other higher authorities and they also assured that it will be resolved in 1 week but its been a month since they said this. This type of a customer service will only stop customers from using act fiber broadband and shifting to a more customer oriented provider. I don't have internet since many days and also the bill has been generated for this period. I have already given act a chance to fix the problem which i was facing but they are reluctant to do so. I am really fed up of this type of service and will never recommend to any of my friends or colleagues.

                                  I have not received any response till now from ACT fiber. I am really fed up of following up and wasting my time. I'm already looking out for some better and reasonable ISPs which can provide reliable and good speeds. If I don't receive any response from you guys in the next 1-2 days, I'm sorry to say I'll be making a move and will never ever come back even if there is no other provider available in my area other than yours. I hope you understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

                                  I informed many days back and they didn't disconnect yet and I'm getting bill messages.so please disconnect
                                  Why is the customer care at Act Fibernet so irresponsible. Even after following up many times they don't care anymore. Do they really want to run their business in this way and loose customers to competitors. I'm sure that ACT will also be the BSNL of the future if this same behavior is continued.
                                  My act fibernet account no :[protected] got disconnected 3 months ago, but still my advance amount has not been refunded yet. Raised murltiple service requests by calling customer care but all of them got resolved without any intimation and resolution. Still my advance amount of rs.3500/- is with act fibernet

                                  My act fibernet account no : 102015766821 got disconnected 3 months ago, but still my advance amount has not been refunded yet. Raised multiple service requests by calling customer care but all of them got resolved without any intimation and resolution. Still my advance amount of rs.3500/- is with act fibernet. Need immediate refund of my advance amount Rs.3500/-.

                                  Also the Service is so pathetic. I keep on calling to Customer Care executive and Field technicians visiting the site, but problem not getting resolved.

                                    I applied for a new ACT broad band connection, executive came in person and collected documents and 3 months advance amount. Later received a msg from ACT saying, refund is initiated due no network in our area. Jan 4th ACT taken bank details through mail, but till now amount is not been refunded. I called customer care to know status, but they are not responding properly. They say, they transfer to the concerned department, but even after i wait for 8 mins no body pick the call. This is repeated 3 times.

                                      I have opted to use Act Bangalore internet(my biggest mistake). I paid all the amount necessary for 3months plan but on the said date by them no installation was done. Even after repeated request no installation was done. So eventually I opted for refund process. I was provided a SR[protected] but after repeated callings nothing was done and no refund was generated from the company. This is such a fraud company fooling people by taking money and providing no service.
                                      The worst part is the customare care absolute no idea what they are talking. Everytime i call them someone will tell some new story nobody knows the thing what to do inspite of repeated request for refund.
                                      I want my money to be refunded asap.

                                        Since my previous complaint got no response, posting it again to get some attention.

                                        I had posted a detailed complaint on the subject matter on the below link:

                                        After this, I received a call from ACT's social media team stating they made a mistake and will refund the router charge that was incorrectly billed and credit my bank account with it.

                                        They did waive the router charge after that BUT when I got the money in bank, it was without the Router charge!

                                        I again spoke to their useless customer service team and as you can guess its of no use!

                                        I need the money that was deducted incorrectly for router refunded to me ASAP so that I can forget I ever had any connection with your company ever again!

                                        YOU'VE ALSO SHOWN THE AUDACITY TO REACTIVATE MY DISCONNECTED CONNECTION BY YOUR OWN AND ASKING ME TO PAY FOR IT WHEREAS I'VE STOPPED USING YOUR CONNECTION FROM NOVEMBER AND ALREADY GOT A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER.

                                        MAKE SURE THE AMOUNT THAT WAS WRONGLY DEDUCTED FOR ROUTER IS REFUNDED AND NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANY USELESS SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE YOU TO ACTIVATE.
